MySpool LLC (MySpool) Limited Warranty

This  Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from MySpool (the "Product")  

How long does the coverage last?
The Warrany Period for Products purchased from MySpool  is 180 days from the date of purchase ("The Warranty Period"). This limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase, and is valid only on Products purchased and used in the United States. 

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. MySpool shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

What will we do to correct problems?
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, then as your sole remedy (and MySpool's sole liability), MySpool will at its option either 1) repair the defect, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the Product with a new product that is functionally equivalent to the original, in each case within 30 days following receipt of the returned Product. A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product. When a Product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced Product or part becomes MySpool's property.

What do you have to do?
To obtain warrant service, you must first contact MySpool to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please use the 'Contact Us' link on MySpool.com to send us details of your request. Warranty service can only be performed by a MySpool authorized service center. The original dated bill of sale must be sent as proof of purchase to MySpool with the Product to be repaired. MySpool service technician will send you instructions on where to send the defective Product and notify you of any warrany service fees that may apply. Those fees may not exceed 30% of the original Product purchase price plus applicable shipping charges.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of MySpool.
