These devices come with MySpool Internet Outage Detection Service. It can only be used with devices using faster and more powerful processors which allow MySpool devices to maintain a secure connection with our cloud services. This connection is monitored continuously and is used to send an Internet OFF alert in case of Internet Outage. When internet connectivity is restored, an Internet ON alert is sent. These alerts can be configured just like all other MySpool device alerts, with Text messages, multiple email recipients and available integrations.

Internet detection service sends multiple status updates to MySpool cloud service per minute. If two or more are missed, the service sends Internet OFF alert. It usually takes 1-3 minutes for this alert to be generated and delivered. Once internet connectivity is restored, an Internet ON alert is sent.

Both Internet ON and Internet OFF notifications are configured independently; both can be disabled if desired. All MySpool notification and monitoring services are free.

View device status and recent activity on a dedicated secure web page. Temperature high and low alerts and Internet ON and OFF alerts as well as the temperature chart are displayed.

Multiple (up to 5) email addresses can be added to receive alerts. All or some of them can be used to receive text notifications. See General FAQ  for details.

Temperature Alert comes with an extra long flat 6 ft power cord. Its high quality  temperature sensor has a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C (-67°F to +257°F), with accuracy of 0.5°C over recommended range of -10°C to +85°C. All readings outside this range are ignored: -30°C to +105°C or -22°F to +221°F

Dual Sensor Water and Temperature Alert with Internet Outage Detection Service.

A corrosion resistant moisture sensor is paired with a high-quality waterproof temperature sensor. This temperature sensor can be operated in two modes.  One  mode sends alerts when temperature goes above or below your thresholds. The enclosure of the Water  and Temperature Alert will support 300 lbs. You can step on it in the dark and not worry about destroying it. It is also more water resistant than a standard Water Alert enclosure. It has mounting holes for screws and a gasket to provide better protection to the smart electronics inside.
