MySpool Professional Alert is an optional paid service which allows our customers to add multiple telephone numbers for text notifications. It also removes limitations on monthly usage and allows addition of native SMS to sensors that do not support it such temperature and voltage sensors. Here is how it works:  to enroll, you must purchase a block of 1000 SMS alerts priced at $15.00. Forward your order number and an alert message from your device or just your device ID to us. Your device will be switched to the Professional Alert mode which removes limitations on the number of telephones allowed for notifications.  It will also add 1000 SMS messages to your device, regardless of how long it may take to use them. The number of sms remaining will be displayed on the devices configuration page. When that number reaches 20% or 200 sms remaining, you will receive an email reminder to refill your account.

When Professional Alert Service is activated for your device, you can add and remove as needed multiple phone numbers separated by a comma in the phone number field.

This service bundle will be applied to ONE device. To add more devices please purchase multiple bundles.
