How to Get Started

Follow these steps to access the new portal and bring your registered devices with you:

  1. Visit the new website at https://app.myspool.com
  2. Create a new account using the same email address associated with your current myspool.com account. 
    • Your existing myspool.com login will not work on app.myspool.com—you must create a new account.
    • Your registered devices will automatically transfer to your new account.

How to Add MySpool App to your phone

On iPhone/iPad (Safari):

  1. Open Safari and navigate to our website - https://app.myspool.com.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with the upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen".
  4. Tap "Add" in the top right corner.

On Android (Chrome):

  1. Open Chrome and navigate to our website.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
  4. Tap "Add" to confirm.
