2. Create a new account using the same email address associated with your current myspool.com account. 
   • Note: Your existing myspool.com login will not work on app.myspool.com—you must create a new account.
3. Your registered devices will automatically transfer to your new account.

Important Email Requirements

To ensure your devices transfer seamlessly:

• You must use the same email address as your current account.
• The email address must be all lowercase on both the old and new sites.
• Click here to verify your email address (select Edit to confirm or update it to lowercase).
