How to Get Started

To access the new site and view all devices currently registered on the existing platform, simply:

1. Visit the new website at https://app.myspool.com
2. Create a new account using the same email address you originally registered with on the current site
3. Your registered devices will automatically be linked to your new account

Important: You must use the same email address as your current account to ensure your devices carry over seamlessly. Emails must be all lower case. To ensure that you are using correct email address click here (click Edit to verify or update to lowercase.)

Since the new site is still in beta, you may encounter occasional bugs or issues. Your feedback is invaluable to us! If you come across any problems, please report them here so that we can resolve them quickly and deliver the best possible experience.
