All MySpool.com devices are shipped free.  We use USPS First Class to ship single devices and USPS Priority Mail when we send more than one. Please let us know if you need a different shipping method by sending email to support@myspool.com with your order number.

Please be assured that you can return your devices for a full refund, no questions asked, for 45 days after your purchase.  We do want you to enjoy our products and services, so please do reach out to us if you need help setting up or configuring your device.  Just send an email to support@myspool.com with your name and telephone number and we will get back to you shortly.

There is an additional service which we are happy to provide to our customers: should you decide to purchase a product on this site, you can send an email to support@myspool.com and request that we configure your device with your WiFi network before we ship it. In this case your only remaining configuration task will be limited to registering this device and configuring it on myspool.com. Kindly let us have your order number should you decide to take advantage of this offer.
